Larry Taylor is a community advocate that has been involved in some of Lynchburg's most underserved neighborhoods for 30 years. He's actively mentored our youth, and has never waited on the government to provide for the community when needs arose. Larry is passionate about bringing investment to our most underserved areas, and promoting public policy that will provide opportunity for the residents of Ward II. Larry also understands the challenges faced in these areas where people don't always feel safe, and he is ready to tackle these issues. Public safety staffing levels in Lynchburg have reached the brink of failure, and Larry knows how to prioritize and ensure funds are available to adequately equip and staff public safety to meet current and future needs to protect you and your loved ones.
